Tosch is the Managing Director of Talent Acquisition at Rain, where he’s focused on improving the systems and workflows that drive better hiring outcomes. With a B.A. in Spanish from Brigham Young University and a background in entrepreneurship, he brings a builder’s mindset to recruiting—looking for ways to make the process smarter, faster, and ready to scale.

Having lived in Peru, he’s especially passionate about supporting talent in Latin America and creating meaningful opportunities across borders.
